Good to Know

Policies

Deposit Required

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows.

Reschedule Policy

Reschedules are welcome with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day reschedules may forfeit your deposit. Please contact us via phone or email.

Late Arrival

We honor your scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, with the deposit applied.

Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the full deposit. We understand emergencies and handle those on a case-by-case basis.
