Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or using the services of Touch Up Beauty Studio LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide beauty services including but not limited to brow treatments, lash services, and skin care treatments. All services are performed by trained professionals. Results may vary by individual.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your service. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, with the deposit applied to the new appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the full deposit amount. We understand that emergencies happen and will handle those situations on a case-by-case basis.

You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a treatment may not be safe or appropriate for you.

Touch Up Beauty Studio LLC provides services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or failure to follow aftercare instructions provided.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Touch Up Beauty Studio LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
